Any defect must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product, with photos or video proof during unboxing.

Refunds are not applicable on bulk, customized, or discounted orders.

Cancellations are only accepted before order processing begins.

Custom-made or special request orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
