Customized or special designs are created strictly based on the customer’s confirmed specifications and requirements.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in market conditions and fabric availability.

Once an order is confirmed, the price at the time of confirmation is considered final.

Full payment must be completed before dispatch of the product.

We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, and cash (cash payments are accepted in-store only).

Orders are confirmed only after receipt of full payment or an agreed advance payment.

Bulk and wholesale orders may require a non-refundable advance deposit.

We ship across India and to more than 40 international countries.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and, for international shipments, customs processing procedures..

Due to the nature of silk sarees and customization, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.

Any defect must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with clear photo or video evidence recorded during unboxing.

Refunds are not applicable for bulk orders, customized products, or discounted items.

Order cancellations are accepted only before the order processing has begun.

Custom-made or special request orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

All designs, images, product descriptions, website content, and social media materials are the exclusive property of Sri Sarvalakshmi Silks.

Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or use of any content is strictly prohibited.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details and delivery addresses at the time of placing the order.

We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the shipment.

Any disputes arising out of purchases or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu only.
